Excellent strategy. Like clean needle clinics, set up of pill testing clinicis would ensure safe use, especially for recreational users where they may not know the reputation of suppliers. If the pills are tested and are found to not be what was claimed, the reputation suppliers may be damaged therefore potentially “cleaning up” the industry
